Shipping policy

Our shipping policy is very simple.

Because we are just a small shop designed to get you some fun MiniWarGaming merchandise and products, we have the following shipping policies:

1.  We ship out once a week (on Thursdays).

This may change in the future depending on volumes, but our shipping department (i.e. Erin) has a lot of work to do in many areas of the business, so we only actually fulfill store shipments once a week.

This means that if you order on Friday you'll have to wait a little longer, while if you order on Wednesday you'll get your order (relatively) faster.

2.  There is only one shipping option.

Working with couriers like Fed Ex can be complicated, both for us and for you.  They are generally more expensive, have more shipping rules, and usually charge you more in brokerage fees and duty if you are not from Canada.

So we're sticking with Canada Post, which has proven very effective for us for the past 12 years.

So basically, your shipment gets to you when it gets to you, but it will get to you in a reasonable amount of time (usually 2-4 weeks after we ship it).

3.  Tracking is limited.

Because of the reliable but inexpensive method that we ship worldwide, tracking is only really available in Canada.  Sorry!
